SPI CASSETTE for the NucleoCounter® SP-100™, 100/count -
The SP1-Cassette™ is a specialized cell sampling device for sperm viability and cell count applications, designed for use with the NucleoCounter® SP-100™ instrument.
The fluorophore, propidium iodide (PI), is immobilized and contained in the interior flow channel system of the cassette. Loading approximately 60 µl sperm cell sample in the cassette dissolves the PI and mixes it with the sample, staining the nuclei of sperm cells.
