This is a machined aluminum block that will hold 5 - 50ml centrifuge tubes for heating. Fits Benchmark Dry Bath #700740.  A dry bath is a way to heat samples (centrifuge tubes) without exposing the tubes to a water bath. Also, another version #700741 can hold 12 - 15ml centrifuge tubes.
