ABT 1 STEP THAW (1M SUCROSE) medium is designed for the controlled rehydration of embryos previously frozen in 10% glycerol. This single-step thaw solution contains 1.0M sucrose and is prepared using ultra-purified Type 1 water. It also includes Gentamycin for antibiotic protection and certified BSA sourced from New Zealand.
