Designed for high-end function the Digital Thermocouple is an ideal choice for use with liquid nitrogen. This 'K'-style plug thermocouple measures temperatures instantly and accurately via digital readout (-200°C to 1,372°C or -328°F to 2,501°F). The temperature sensing device plugs into the base unit, allowing multiple options as the sensor unit - from rigid, hand-held insulated probes to flexible wire-lead sensors. We offer three types of 'K' connection probes to use in conjunction with the thermocouple. A wire-style probe is included with the device.
