The 1/4cc and 1/2cc plastic straw adapters are an original Reproduction Resources design. The adapters allow both the plugging of a 1/4cc straw along with the option of adding a 1/2cc straw to the upper end for identification purposes. By using the adapter system you can pull frozen straws partly ouf of a liquid nitrogen tank for identification, rather than exposing them to room temperature air. Common identification methods are by placing a labeled 1/4cc straw within the 1/2cc upper straw or by labeling Adapters are offered in white and yellow. To save preparation time, we package the adapters complete with a 1/2cc straw attached.
