CryoMate Swine Essentials Kit - 101090

Ready to use kit for swine semen to conveniently be collected and shipped to freezing lab for processing. 

Kit Contains:

1. VIP Self Closing Transport Box
2. Two Phenolic Blocks
3. Six 8oz. Gel Packs
4. One 2,000ml Dispensing Bag w/ Cap
5. 33ml Concentrate White Gold Transport Media (Part A)
6. 300ml Water w/ Anitbiotics (Part B)

Instructions

1. Chill gel packs at 62°-64°F for 24-hours.
2. Combine Part A & B. Mix and let the mixture equilabrate for 30 minutes while warming to 92°-95°F
3. Add raw semen to be when temperature is within 3°F. 
4. Cool extended semen to room temperature (approx. 68°F)
5. Fold bag into thirds. Place bag of extended semen in VIP transport box. 
6. Place gel packs as displayed in diagram below.
