Bovine EXT™ is a one-step concentrated media suitable for frozen or liquid bovine or small ruminant semen. This is a concentrated stock solution containing tris buffer, citric acid, fructose and glycerol. Water and egg yolk must be added prior to the addition of semen (see mixing directions below). BOVINE-EXT™ ONE PART contains no antimicrobials which may be added using prescribed protocols and/or recommendations. Final preparation of the extender should be preformed just prior to use. Any remaining product should be discarded daily.
